hey just wondering if there is any way of keep your hair really healthy with normal everyday things, and nothing extraordinary!? like i wash my hair, condition only the ends, let it naturally dry and never straighten or blow dry it, but its looks so dead and lifeless :(

Do a hot oil treatment once a week. It really strengthens and moisturises your hair.
Heat some olive oil or almond oil on the stove, and then massage your hair with it, roots to ends. Leave in for 15 minutes, and wash out thoroughly :)
Egg whites and egg yolks are also really good for your hair!
When you’re hungry
swap a chocolate bar for some fruit, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, that kind of shit. Its healthy, good for your skin and hair, and no added weight
